Maryland takes a pi** on the 2A

"Weapons of war," if one is even to accept such a hyperbolic phrase, are EXACTLY what the 2A was intended to protect.

This. They can define just about EVERY gun and most knives as "weapons of war". Arbitrary and Capricious comes to mind.
 
'Weapons of War' - they will figure out what that really means sooner or later.

As soon as they get their way with ARs and AKs, they will be onto SKSs, Garands and any other Semi-autos. Then onto bolt guns and pump action shotguns until all are banned. Anyone that doesn't see this is completely ignorant to history (1934, 1968, 1986, 1994, 1998, etc) and not paying attention!
