Died from home delivered 'cosmetic shots' WTH is 'cosmetic shots'?

From link above
"Her death is being investigated by LASD's Homicide Division after deputies found that she had received 'cosmetic shots' at her home, the outlet reported."

I gotta remember that I don't want that stuff.

Cindyana Santangelo, the actress once described as "the Latin Marilyn Monroe,"

Santangelo was best known for her recurring role as Sierra Madre, a dancer at The Jiggly Room, on Married... with Children. She also appeared on popular television shows such as CSI: Miami and ER, and on the big screen in Hollywood Homicide alongside Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett.

I’ve seen every one and don’t remember her. I still watch it on Pluto sometimes.

I was overseas when it came on and they started showing it on the base station. The local Karens at the time called it vulgar and indecent and tried to get it removed from the station. The CO of the station group came on the TV and basically said that they were keeping it for the sole reason that he found it funny and so didn't the troops. Shut the Karens down, but they still complained about it all the time. There was even an article on them in the Stars & Stripes. Funny show though.
