I recently bought a marlin model 60. I picked up a red dot sight the other day but it does not fit my rifle, the rail is too small. My question is....is there an adapter that will fit on my rail and allow me to atach the larger sight?

try the Marlin website, they have an adapter set listed, plus all different scope mounts.
