Unlike the Marlboro gun show, I had gone though almost every table in Manchester today looking at all the stuff I can't own and I hadn't bought a thing. That is until I pass the last table tucked in the back by the windows. On the table they had a very nice unissued Polish P-64 (Makarov). I picked it up and played with it a bit. Came with two mags and a holster for $200. I ask the seller if it's C&R eligible and he says yes. I put it down, thank the guy for the info and start to walk away. Of course that little devil that sits on my shoulder and makes me spend all my money on guns was screaming in my ear to buy it. Of course it won and within a few minutes I was walking out of the show with the P-64 tucked under my arm. Of course I had to buy a few boxes of ammo for it from the NY brothers first. [wink]

Hey, what can I say. I have a weakness. I should get help, maybe. Damn C&R. [rolleyes]

When I got home I started looking online at the prices and am noticing that with shipping from a distributer I would of paid close to the same. Not one of those deals you hear about. The only thing that worries me a little is that no distributer is selling these as a C&R. Hummmm

I've attached a pic

Might wanna check the manufacture date by using the info from the serial number. I don't think thats a C&R pistol. You may have to go through a dealer and jump through some hoops if not. Great price though.

I also don't think these are C&R listed. Have no idea about age however, so if it is 50+ you are good to go. Otherwise it may not have been a legal transaction (and P-64s can't be MA Dealer transfered unless it was here on 10/21/98).
