If you listen to the whole video being a state rep sounds like it had no bearing. Sounds more like middle America common sense carried the day. And that’s the way it should go down. Clearly no intent. Big city he would have been done. A guy i hunt with got caught with live rounds on him at a smaller airport one trip ( Idaho I believe). TSA guy throws them in the trash gave a look and a don’t let it happen again and we were off.

It is so interesting that the specific DA would not prosecute cases like that. If this happened to anyone on the East Coast, maybe even California this would play out different. We have all heard of cops getting prosecuted this side of the country for the same exact offense.
