You need a lot more info to answer this question than what I suspect you have from her. Give her our (comm2A's) phone number and have her call me. I can go over it with her. There are a lot of conditionals wrt sealed records. By not disclosing it, he may have "screwed" himself*. (617) 942-0660

* I am not convinced that people who failed to disclose sealed records are guilty of anything.
