Ma Ltc selling question

Quick question..

We can still do efa10s, right?

But my ltc expired in Oct. I am waiting for the new LTC to arrive. Am I ok to sell a gun on efa10?

I can not speak to the expired LTC and transfer legality since IANAL. But there is no need to do an EFA10 anymore for a personal transfer. You could since the system is available online but in the new bill it says register within two years once the new system is created. If your LTC was current you could also use the portal to verify the buyers LTC and use a bill of sale or go to a FFL and have them transfer the item.
