Does a collapsible stock use a shorter spring than a pinned stock?
I'm having trouble determining the correct length
buffer spring for my M4.
I have 3 different length springs.
CARBINE ONLY: Free length should be 10 1/16 in. (25.56 cm) minimum to 11 1/4 in. (28.58 cm) maximum.
milsurp and some green tip LC stuff
I guess it started when I had 2 M4's apart for stock replacement.
One had an A2 stock, and one had a pinned stock. And I upgraded
them to non pinned.
That was my first question. difference in springs?
