I have what I believe from reading an early universal m1carbine it has a single recoil spring and the stock where the trigger and mag well is gets smaller towards the trigger my problem is that my trigger housing is broken in front of the maxwell where the pin goes through so I need a new trigger housing my question is can I install any trigger housing like from a usgi m1carbine?
