I'm a resident of Foxborough who has had my LTC class A with a Target and Hunting restriction since Nov 2013. In order to apply to get it unrestricted I have to email the police chief of Foxborough and ask him to lift the restriction. Is there a certain format I should use for this email? I want it to look as professional as possible and say all the right things. Any help would be greatly appreciated! (I answered no for question 4-14 on the application).
