LTC renewals in Arlington under new CoP? Can you still get unrestricted?

Has anyone applied for a renewal (or knows someone who applied for a renewal) in Arlington since Chief Ryan retired? Are things pretty much the same? Have they moved in the red direction?

In particular, are they still allowing people to just say "For all lawful purposes" as the reason for requesting an unrestricted LTC when renewing or have they started demanding specific reasons?

The licensing officer (Kiernan) has not changed and the acting chief is a good cop. I have no reason to think anything has changed.

My friend renewed last summer it took about a month. Issued unrestricted with no hassles.
