LTC renewal in Boston - remove restrictions?

I live in Boston and have a restricted LTC (target and hunting). Up for renewal this spring. Would like to get unrestricted. Is it any more likely on renewal than first time application? Any more likely than 6 years ago? Any suggestions? (I mean, other than moving to a different town.) Thanks.

Take a class and become an NRA and MSP certified instructor. It helps get the unrestricted.

Anything special about you? Lawyer? Doctor? Transport large sums of cash? Own a business? Have specific fear for your life? MSP instructor?

If not, unlikely. Having a business in a green town and applying there also works.
