LTC APPLICATION - BRAINTREE OR YARMOUTH

Hi Folks, apologies if someone has already shared this information. I've looked and cant seem to find it.

My Primary residence is in Braintree, Second home is in Yarmouth. Both Mass. I want to apply for LTC in Yarmouth as it seems like a GREEN town versus ORANGE for Braintree.

Does anybody know if i can actually do that, Drivers License etc is all Braintree.

State LTC application form asks for Residential Address, doesnt say anything about Primary Residence.

He wants one but his second house is in a more gun friendly yarmouth so he is hoping to apply there.
