I could have sworn I placed a small white label on my license w/my pin but now it's gone. Who do I call/ write/email to retrieve it?

Here:

You can now retrieve the PIN number for your active license to carry (LTC), firearms identification (FID) card, or machine gun license through the DCJIS by calling (617) 660-4722

during the normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The following information is required:

Name

Date of birth

Active LTC, FID card, or machine gun license number

Driver’s license number (for identity verification)

Questions other than retrieving the PIN number should be directed to the FRB at (617) 660-4782.

Your state government, once again, thanks you for being a loyal servant .

(I think the last sentence was somehow added in there while I was copy/pasting. )

Yep. Just call the state. I lost mine and figured I would run into typical gov't BS (no clue what I was talking about, 4 month wait, etc). Instead, the person was able to pull it up immediately, was incredibly helpful, and incredibly friendly. Twilight Zone.

Thanks for the help. Now that I think about it more I might have placed the letter in my safe. I'll check when I got home and I swear I placed a sticker on the back of my card. It sucks getting old. I was telling my co-worker to place his pin on his new license and whipped my out and no pin. Duh!
.

Mines in my safe and I have it saved in my phone under contact GUNZZ.. I also memorized it which wasn't to hard for me anyway, I've got my social, drivers license, bank account numbers and my debit/credit cards memorized too so maybe it's a natural thing on my part.
