No more than one that hasn't been trained. Without the command, the dog should have no inclination to attack someone unprovoked.

I hope this dog is not racist. Many police dogs become racist because they are often chasing certain types of folks. There is even a DOJ report on the subject.

I have a feeling there are going to be many a sore rear end on the hood.
