I just resent the inconsistency. If a conservative group tried to organize a club that was expressly political and included "community defense" in its mandate, I'm pretty sure it'd be deemed an illegal militia and stomped into the ground hard. Many dogs would lose their lives.

I can say for my knowledge that i know people of all colors who have LTC-As in the commonwealth. If a CoP is preventing someone from getting a license based on the color of the persons skin, they may want to retain a civil rights lawyer.
 
Good for them for exercising their second amendment rights peacefully. I could care less what they do on the range. I will say this though. When I go to the gun range whatever views I have on politics gets switched off. I'm all about me and whatever boom stick I have in my hands at the moment. If someone came up to me to talk about any politics I would tell them politely to shut the hell up and then I would begin packing up and heading out. Same for religion. If you want to talk BBQ, cars, fashion or summer activities then go for it. I myself would never join a gun club strictly because of political affiliation.

I was just pointing out that these folks are most definitely not "our tribe". There's a big difference between not going out of your way to help/support/cheer vs active control of their rights.

Personally my tack will be to ignore them entirely and definitely disavow them as "gun people" when they inevitably f*** up.

Here's the piece of history most have forgotten or hide. The name of the neo-Nazi group was "Nationalist Socialist Party of America". Socialist. Let me repeat: Socialist! So when you sit here making fun of these "weirdos" or try to defend their rights, remember: these people hold views similar to those of Hitler and Stalin. At some point, they will come for you and me.
Lenin spoke of "struggle against the yoke of oppression" until he didn't just talk, he systematically murdered and raped residents of St. Petersburg. Few that escaped, were left with nary a cloth on their back(and sometimes without). This is why you will NEVER find a descendant of someone from St. Petersburg who lived there prior to the "Bolshevik" revolution.

I don't think I'd cheer them or invite them. But if someone tried to take their guns away, I'd be holding a sign outside the State House at a minimum. They have as many freedoms as I do.

With all due respect, I think you're fighting yesterday's war.

And that's beside the fact that the ideology these losers are advancing is directly at odds with 2A, which leads one to question what exactly they're training for, and why they've inextricably entangled their politics with their shooting.
 
They’re openly espousing their socialist /communist views, now remember that a socialist is just a communist who hasn’t picked up a rifle yet.

We are watching our country be torn apart right now by this very same ideology which has pretty openly snatched an American election from under our feet and tried to overthrow a sitting US President. And now they’re physically training with rifles, which again IMO makes them dirty f***ing commies and not just “harmless” hippie Bernie socialists w/socks and sandals.

They are using the COTUS, which they openly despise, simply to further their own communist agenda. Support them if you will, but I would have zero issues if they were all found in a ditch 6 months from now.

They absolutely have the right to buy the property & open a range. Hopefully they follow their socialist leanings , forget some tax bills and implode. Should they have to buy their own ammo or should the government subsidize them? Sarcasm obviously.
