Hi everybody. I have a friend who just got an A license in MA. I am helping him to look for a FFL dealer in mass to transfer this Kimber 9mm pistol here. If you guys know anybody please pm me with their phone number and information to contact with. Eastern mass dealers only.

I didn't know Kimberly was making guns. I thought she was baking brownies or something.

sure thing brosef stalin leader of the bronited broviet brocialist bropublic--i'll post openly about a dealer that by transferring this would be in violation of MA law.

okay, srspost: vietboy, call northeast trading co. in attleboro.

I know NET has a relationship (not sure physical) with AG. Always need to bent down/over to get probed & happy ending.

vietbouy...

the guys here like to poke at you and not give you honest info (sometimes because you deserve it, other times...well, just because)

You're not going to find a dealer in Mass that will transfer that gun for you, because of Mass laws, they really cant. If you have you're heart set on that gun, look for one in the classifieds that is already in the state, it's really the only way for you to get one.

Now all that said, there "may be" a few FFLs that would take the risk. But no one on this forum would tell you who, it could open them up for all types of headaches

He understands, I sent him a PM explaining what we meant even though I was a jerk on the thread [grin]

it is not for me. It's for a friend of mine. But i will pass the word on to him. Thank you guys.

If it's for your friend, then it's ok. Here is the answer. There is no FFL transfer requirement for Marushin Kimber pistol. Although, shipping the pistol to MA is a problem.
