Looking for a target upper!

So Looking for a target upper for my AR The range I shoot at has a 500 yard target and I would Like to start shooting at it.. So I am looking for a 5.56/.223 upper thats under 1k before the optic.. I have looked around and honestly I havent seen much in the 20 inch barrel lenght... As I have said before I am mostly thumbs so building one is not my cup of tea! I can add a bcg but asdie from that my searches have come with squat and help or recomendations would be great!

I have heard good things about White Oak. They build uppers for use in service rifle competition, so I would imagine they are quite accurate. You could give them a call and see what the lead time is on their products.
