I like the feeling of heavy bullets. I run 147 in 9mm and 230 in 45. I plan on trying 200g in 40. I have a metric ton of Titegroup. I hear titegroup works well with 180g loaded to major PF, I see plenty of data to support that. The only 200g / titegroup load I have in a book is for a Hornady XTP jacketed bullet, 3.4-3.8g at 1.125 oal. I see some loads in the various forums, but I like to see a published load as reference before I start.

I need data for plated or coated lead 200g loaded long (1.17/1.18) at about 850FPS

Nothing for TG, but Winchester 15th does provide data for 200gr Lead, but it doesn't distinguish OAL beyond the standard 1.135"...
231: 3.0/700 to 4.0/850
540: 4.7/775 to 5.3/855
571: 5.0/740 to 6.5/900
WST: n/a to 3.5/760
WSL: 3.0/710 to 3.9/860
WSF: 3.9/785 to 5.0/920
WAP: 4.2/795 to 4.9/900

You might have come across this article regarding 180 and heavier in the .40... fwiw,

I tried 200 gr 40 bullets and found them to be no advantage over 180s. The recoil seemed to be a little softer but the 180s allowed the pistol to get back on target more quickly.

Winchester WST gives a softer recoil imo. I use about 5.0 grains. I can't remember the OAL at the moment but I know I keep it within the specs recommended from Lee. I also have used that charge size with cast lead and plated.
