Or it seeped in from the land grants across the river. VT you can only buy one drink at a time per person. No time limit you just can't have two drinks at once.

IIRC, New hampshire already has some bizzare liquor laws.

You can't STAND in a bar while holding a drink, you MUST be seated. ???

You can't take a drink into an area that's out-of-sight of the bartender. ???

But this is also the same state that's put's the liquor stores out on the highway.

New Hampshire has another issue "brewing." I received the following in an e-mail today:

Patriots,

There's a serious Constitutional issue brewing in New Hampsire...the short of it, "a bill HCR 6 is pending in the NH legislature designed to challenge federal encroachment in States business and State sovereignty....this fight is part of "the 2nd American Revolution".

We have heard that the bill is to be voted on March 4 in the full house, and that supporters will be gathered on the capitol steps that day between 8 and 10am --- potential press conference?? Don't know any more at this point but will pass on info as we hear it. We encourage anyone who has the time and inclination to attend. Also, as Rep Mead mentions below, Speaker Norelli needs to hear from people, as do ALL of our reps regardless of party affiliation. Everyone that is close enough to drive/walk/fly to Concord on March 4, 2009 must do it........we are about returning to Constitutional government and Republic principles and now's the time to prove our commitment. View the bill here http://www.nhliberty.org/bills/view?bill=HCR6&year=2009 and keep up to date on rally information at http://www,nhliberty.org

This is the first significant test of the 2nd American Revolution...there should be thousands on the street in Concord, NH on March 4th.......pass the word to all friends and email lists.....

It should be noted, some 20+ other States are in some phase of declaring States Sovereignty and reigning in the federal government insanity.

Information on the rally in New Hampshire follows:

Time and Place Date: Wednesday, March 4, 2009
Time: 8:00am - 9:00am
Location: NH State House
Street: 107 N Main St.
City/Town:

Concord, NH

Tell NH Reps to support HCR6!!!

A message from State Represenative Bob Mead:

As you have expressed concern with the government intrusion into your life and threats to our "Live Free or Die" heritage, I though you might be interested in legislation that is now before the legislature. I have supported and have testified in favor of this is legislation known as House Concurrent Resolution (HCR 6) affirming our States’ rights. The intent is to send a clear message to Washington, that as a signer of the Constitution of the United States, the Sovereign State of New Hampshire has granted only specific limited rights over our governance to the Federal Government, and has retained all other as States' Rights for New Hampshire citizens.

A great many citizens took time off from their work and came to the public hearing in Concord last week in order to testify in favor of this legislation. As a matter of record there was no opposing testimony to this resolution. Despite overwhelming support and testimony of our citizens, and all Republican committee members voting in favor of the resolution, the Democratic majority on the committee sought to silent our voices by voting it inexpedient to legislate.

We have one more opportunity to pass it when it comes before the full legislature in the next few weeks, and with your support we might be able to do so . If you are interested in supporting this effort to assert our States Rights, you should watch the interview of Dan Itse, the sponsor of the bill, at 5:00 PM today, Friday February 13th, on Fox News (the Bill O'Reilly channel). If you feel this resolution is something you believe should be passed, then contact the Speaker of the House, Terie Norelli, [email protected] or (603) 271-3661 and ask her to support HCR6 when it comes to the full legislature for a vote .
