WTS Level IV Ceramic Plates x2

I have 2 Level IV plates Ceramic for sale. $150 for the pair. These are approximately 5-6 years old. They have been stored climate controlled in a carrier, and only fitted for use. I trained in my steel plates to preserve these more expensive plates for emergencies. I am pairing down my equipment to make room for new toys and a potential move. Plates are like new condition. Price reflects age, rather than use. Pics on request. I will not ship, must meet locally. Im willing to meet inside 495. Since body armor is only illegal to felons, I am requiring a valid FID or LTC for purchase.
