Here is what I told them ( John Rogers and James Timilty)
John and Jim,
I am sorry that I wasn’t able to be at the public hearings being held for more gun control in Mass. Unfortunately I like the majority of lawfully licensed gun owners in Mass have to work for a living. We are not just voters but we are productive members of society, with that comes responsibility of the type we show every day in our careful use and ownership of firearms. My responsibility is to my family, my job, my faith, my neighbors and my ideals. That means that we, the working class, are often under-represented at these public hearings.
