I had someone ask this question at the range, since the AWB has expired did it also make these mags legal in none kommunist states, NH, VA, PA? I honestly couldn't say one way or the other.

yup, they are perfectly fine in the free areas of the USA.

In the context of my experience anyway, free states don't even refer to themselves as such, just people who live in states like ours.
