lego gun gets 5 yr old in trouble

Not shocking when you have the Mentally insane running the establishment. As we can all clearly see when Dukakis closed all the Mental Facilities back in the late 80" a lot of the tenets went on to become Politicians or School Teachers.
 
These are teachers, one of the biggest union constituents of Obama and the communists. They fear the People having the right to bear arms and want our children to fear even the thought of guns. These are the real criminals in our midst. They corrupt our youth with guilt and punishment for their speech, actions and thoughts. They are the enemy that creates the future enemies of liberty. This is how fear of an armed populace motivates them to control the individual and the mind. Makke no mistake, public school teachers are the enemy of liberty. Scattered among them are a few decent folks, but the exceptions prove the rule, especially in the true blue states and in those locations where MMM MMMM MM Barrack Hussein Obama is sung.
 
That would have been my sons class if we had not moved. Not that were we are now is any better.
Wife and I have already had the disscussion about what to do if (read when) this sort of thing happens to my son.

I'd like to argue that it is the child's 1st amendment right to pretend he has a firearm. I know that wont work.

Could this childs parents claim discrimination? Perhaps firearms are part of his families cultural identity?
Just things we have to plan ahead for. Mental preps.
 
The entire ****ing country has lost its mind. I am completely fed up and haven't got the foggiest idea how to pull our collective heads out of our asses.

Update:
Authorities discovered, the boy's two year old sister had supplied him with a 10 round Lego pistol magazine.
Her suspension will be delayed three years, until she is old and mature like her big brother.

Glad my kids came out of the Gun Safe around 3rd grade, or so. Now, teachers, administators, and other kids know that they shoot. NO biggie.

When they were both in pre-school, we attended a back-yard trap shoot. Monday, it was Pasta Sculpture day. Older kid's project was titled, "A big gun-shooting place with many different guns." The school boss asked about this....."Well, that's where we were over the weekend," I said.

There you go.
