I have an LTC and a table at the Willmington show Mar 2nd 3rd to display my Boston Police gun collection. I recently got rid of my Glock .40 and want to sell the empty once fired brass I accumulated, about a 50 cal ammo can full. Is it legal for a private party to sell brass across the table at a show?
I was holding off because I have been told that you cannot sell ammo to anyone without a dealers license and in Mass cases and other components are considered ammo. Also a show is sort of high profile and I don't want to come to anyones attention or give the anti's ammunition (no pun intended)

I have a tax certificate, DePretre requires them to get a table even if you don't sell anything. I have sold a couple guns and magazines from the table in the past, but was worried about brass, heard there were special rules although it seems stupid that I can sell and AR15 or an AK but not brass.
