These are T8 LED bulbs, to replace conventional fluorescent T8s. They are 4' 18w that replace 32w bulbs. Voltage is 110-277 . These are not "drop ins" that use the ballast, they are self ballasted that use a direct connection, eliminating ballast changes. Very simple to install, disconnect the power at the ballast and feed it through the bulb holder on one end.
