Lead concerns in backyard range

I think the concept is you have a PRIVATE backyard range that you think may be concerning environmentally
You post it online
Now someone buys the place, finds the post, and sues for non disclosure

Today the lead in your range is not a problem. Who knows what it will be in 1-5-10-20 years
No need to find the posts .... unless the person never had a berm and did an amazing job at cleaning up.

But if you are buying a place where a person didn't need a berm, you are most likely buying a nice chunk of land in a pretty nice place, most likely far from people, and should expect someone shot there.

Im not sure where you live, but Mass has a hissy when you sell a house…the lead free declarations, etc, if they are concerned about lead paint, can you imagine the strokes when they find out there was a range on the property?
