(Did a search for Kuiu and nothing came up, so believe this is not a dupe)
Hey fellas, awhile back I came across this pretty awesome hunter-turned-gear outfitter, Jason Hairston. He's one hell of a bad azz bow hunter! He was one of the founding partners for Sitka gear and sold his share and began his own hunting gear company, Kuiu.

I got following a blog he started a year back where he posted his ideas for different gear and solicited direct feedback from the hunter community regarding feature priority, camo styles, etc. It was pretty cool to see him incorporate the feedback into his first collection of pants/jackets/packs, etc. He just intro'd a new camo style and I thought I'd pass along his site for those looking to gear up in some new technical hunting outerwear. He has some really nice pieces.

His blog on the site has some awesome pics of the new gear---this guy is the real deal. Would love to hump some of the terrain he hunts in.

No thanks ill stick with Mossy oak or Real tree AP

Just quickly looking at this new pattern the guy has designed, I will have to agree with you Steve.

For me, Real Tree is perfect for where I'll be hunting waterfowl and deer, and Break up Infinity is perfect for where I'll be hunting turkey and pheasant.

Jesus H. Christ on a cracker, that dude wants eighty bucks for a pair of merino base layer bottoms? He's out of his goddamned mind.

The warmest base layer stuff I own is synthetic Remington brand. I've worn it for twelve hour days in a deer stand up in Pittsburg NH on a cold-ass day and it kept me warm as hell. Twenty bucks.
