After having problems with sighting in my scope to no avail, I sent it back to Vortex. The company has a transferrable lifetime warranty so there is no need for paperwork. Keep in mind that I sent it back last Saturday.
This morning I was about to track delivery back to them when FedEx pulled up and left a package which I assumed was formy wife since it is as big as two shoe boxes long. I went and grabbed it and was shocked to find my name on it.
I opened it and it was my scope, not the old one but a brand new one. They must have just chucked the return in the round file. Gonna put it on and head to the range to give it a whirl.![[smile]](/xen/styles/default/xenforo/smilies.vb/001.gif "Smile [smile]")
