Keltec RFB legal in CT?

Perfectly legal if what you mentioned above is completed. That little store with the class 3 stuff down the road from Hoffmans had one a few months ago.
Its not named, and is compliant with the number of evil features if modded the way you mentioned above.

p.s. To do this completely legally, you would need to have it done out of state or by an 07 (manufacturer) ffl holder. A dealer can't have the gun in its unmodified form. Many gun shops actually have a 07, FFL, but not all of them.
If you are in the Hartford area Newington Gun Exchange should be able to help you. "Big" Gary is one of the counter guys and also their gunsmith. She can take care of you.
