Keltec RFB legal in CT?

Would the new Keltec RFP be AWB compliant in CT as long as the bay lug were removed and the muzzle break permanently attached?
 
Perfectly legal if what you mentioned above is completed. That little store with the class 3 stuff down the road from Hoffmans had one a few months ago.

Its not named, and is compliant with the number of evil features if modded the way you mentioned above.

p.s. To do this completely legally, you would need to have it done out of state or by an 07 (manufacturer) ffl holder. A dealer can't have the gun in its unmodified form. Many gun shops actually have a 07, FFL, but not all of them.
