How are the relays run because the 600 yard range is separated from the 200 and 300 yard range

Not completely sure what you are asking- how they do it now or what would be the voter's preference. I take it as voter's preference and voted 2, as in run the 600 yard concurrently so that both can be running at the same time, assuming the number of participants works for pulling targets. If there are folks on hand to pull targets for a small fee to benefit the club, even better to have both running at the same time.

I guess when the 200 and 300 yard part of the match is completed everybody moves over to the 600 yard range to complete the match?

Not sure why this would not be all on the same range. Start at 200, grab your stuff and move back to 300, then again to 600. There's some back and forth depending on who is pulling targets. Their website reads as that's how it works on their new range- start at 200, then 300, and finally 600.
