I'm sure the person who created that poll is hitting "refresh" every 6 seconds and swearing louder each time.

Not that I want to give them ideas or that I think it would drastically change the outcome, but they phrased it wrong. They should have asked "Are you upset that Trump gets the pick?" People inherently want to pick "yes".

What makes you say that? He's a fairly straight constitutionalist that is not shy about voicing himself

He is a politician, true; but he has been good. For example on the census and wanting to throw people in jail for not answering the mortgage and other personal stuff - the proper answer is 4 for me, nothing more.

He’s leaving congress so he sprang to mind.

We gotta be careful using a good Rep. Senator to replace the judge. You never know who or what will slide into the replaced senator's seat. Just look at Romney to prove the point.
