Just messing around in the workshop

Well being retired now I am just messing around in the workshop. Last week I made some bolt handle knobs from brass and made some bent bolts from spare Mosin Nagant bolt bodies. These are not the original serial numbered ones that go with the rifle these are spare ones I bought.

I just make them for my rifles. Too much hassle making them for other people. I like to keep busy.

Cool looking parts!

The gloves in the video remind me of a machine shop that did some work for me years ago. One of their machinists was wearing gloves working on a mill, gloves caught in the endmill/spindall, fingers pulled off by the glove acting like a Chinese finger trap. It pulled the ligaments from the guys elbow, never the same. Ever since when I see gloves I get the chills....
