Lots... all it will take is for Colt or someone to come out with a "smart" gun that will supposedly only fire for it's owner... then the countdown starts. Three years after the first smart gun hits the market, ALL guns sold in PRNJ must be "smart" guns.

Except for LEO's guns. Good enough for the peons, but not for the LEOs.

sorry for the bitter tone; I was born in NJ and still have friends and relatives there... some of whom even own guns!
