As bad as it is to live in NJ the UPS guy just dropped off a box of 6-8lb jugs of WC844 military surplus .223 rifle powder. $85 per 8 lber and the shipper payed the hazmat charge. While most everything sucks about this state you can still have powder, primers and ammo delivered to your door.[grin]

On a lighter note. Our Gov. Christie was recently asked about CCW and his response was, "Asked about the possibility of New Jersey becoming a Right to Carry (firearms) state, Christie answered: "It's never going to happen in a million years."

Christie said that "given the Democratic-dominated Legislature, it would not happen in New Jersey right now, so he would not expend political capital on the issue."

It's great to live in a truely free country!

Our state sucks more than your's does

You can do that in MA too. You just gotta operate Walter Sobchak style....

"You want a toe? I can get you a toe by this afternoon. With nail polish!"

yay. [cheers] another NJ vs. MA thread.

[popcorn] IBTL

We suck worse than you guys.

No Way! We suck worse than you.

No way you guys suck worse than us.

We do - you're an a-hole - you know damn well we suck worse than you.

Dammit those are fightin' words - we suck worse than you !

Excellent - another best of the worst thread.

Hurry up and post a cat picture.

NJ lets you have 15 round magazines for your NEW Glocks, plus they have casinos and gas is on average 20-25 cents cheaper a gallon.
But, OTOH, you can't drive more than 5 miles North or South without paying a toll, and your chances are practically zero of ever getting a permit to actually CCW your new Glock or Kimber.
So both states suck, they just suck a bit differently.

And then there's the gun owners who just don't care about CCW, because it doesn't effect them...[thinking]
