You really want to know what's up?

It's quite easy, swine flu started in Mexico, and our diversity at all cost liberal friends don't want the average person to put 2 and 2 together and realize that illegal immigration has more than just a financial burden, it can cause this pandemic to spread faster than our country can contain it.

So, this hurts the amnesty cause quite a bit and can set back their plans, as well as all the illegal votes that the Democrats get from the immigration community, so they're now focusing on silencing anyone who points out this simple fact.

Kinda obvious, look at the bigger picture.
Right. 'Cause a pandemic can't spread through legal immigration or international travel. [rolleyes]

Personally I like Michael Graham better than Jay, but hey whether you agree with his remarks or not WTKK has a right to do what they want.

In all honesty, Jay was right on the money with the term "crimalien". (The Boston Globe Democrat got it wrong, but what else is new considering the Globe.) He's been using it for years. That's what they are "illegal aliens". They have broken the law and therefore are criminals. What's so hard to understand here? We're NOT talking about legal immigration.

BTW, Ted Kennedy has been giving them to you since 1965, so if you want to blame anyone, blame him along with the idiots who keep putting him back in the Senate time and time and time again.

Unfortunatley we'll be forced to suffer with him for at least a little while longer...

Jay Severin might look at it as a blessing in disguise. It would be the best reason in the world to leave this communist state. I'm sure he could find a friendlier audience in many other parts of the country.
I will miss him, he was one of two reasons I listened to Wtkk.

The censorship has started. Look for it to snowball in the next year to many other places.

If anyone finds a place to contact Jay, please post it on this board.

<snip>I remember he basically said that instead of befriending the Middle East we should basically kill all of them. <snip>

You know, in a way I've got to agree with Severin on this. I dont exactly approve of this but somebodys got to say it. He had the balls to speak up.

If the U.S. (or the world for that matter) wants to remain free of this predominantly muslim "problem" then sooner or later there will be another genocide.

Ecspically if Iran gets nuclear weapons.

As far as the issue of this Swine flu, I can't believe we haven't shut down the border. [rolleyes]

You agree that instead of engaging with our global neighbors peacefully, we should be wantonly dropping bombs on them? That's not a good policy. In fact, it comes back to bite us inevitably (see: 9/11 attacks).

But that's really not the issue. The issue here is that Severin got fired from his employer. Probably for what he said. But who knows for sure except WTKK brass and Severin. But most employers can dispose of their employees with little to no notice. As they should be able to.

Severin is a hate monger. I remember he basically said that instead of befriending the Middle East we should basically kill all of them. In other words, he's the terrorist. Good riddance to bad rubbish. The Republican Party had enough of his hateful antics, looks like WTKK finally came to their senses.

That being said, I find myself agreeing with Severin on some issues. But WTKK is private institution and being such, can and should be able to maintain their human resources.
MikeM, if I remember correctly, he said that after he said, 'Not one American soldier should be put in harms way over there.'

Then I stand corrected. I only listen to Severin sporadically. Maybe it was Michael Graham that I was thinking of.

A lot of the radio talk show rhetoric that's sold as "conservative" is actually really hateful speech against legal immigration, Muslims, brown people, and urbanites. Which I think is really unfortunate, because the conservative ethos that I subscribe to doesn't lend itself to collectivist notions like these.

As I recall this happen to Steve LaVelle at WBZ, although it was a lay off more and more poeple blasted the station with calls and email. He has since been rehired and back in his time slot. All because of the power of the people!!! Sounds easy to me.

It's just another example of the moonbats trying to silence the medium they can't control.

I need to track down a list of sponsors and start emailing.

Severin is a truth monger. That's why those of you who are left of center are elated to see him go.

Done. To make it easy, here are the contact URL's I came up with:

http://www.reedsferry.com/about-us/contact-info.asp
http://www.doverrug.com/site/contact_form1.php
http://www.basementtechnologies.com/dealer-locator-/-contact-us.html
http://www.rhinoshieldma.com/contact.html
http://www.fixitdoc.org/contact_us.html
http://www.kenssteakhouse.com/contactus.asp
http://www.chelseaclock.com/

Not sure about Media Right (google didn't come up with anything), or those dentist places. I also left off the countertop shop since I wasn't 100% sure if they still advertise (haven't heard them lately).

This politically correct BS is really getting to me.

I can bet that if people had the guts to look in the mirror, they would see someone who would love to express some of the things he says about the state of our country nowadays.

If you don't like him you can turn the channel because nearly every other media outlet has the liberal, welfare sucking, soft, self-righteous, left wing crap.

There are an estimated 6,270,000 illegal aliens from Mexico currently residing in the United States; while an estimated 9,800,000 are here legally. Different years, sure, but this is an approximation. So 63% of all Mexicans, in the United States, are in the United States legally.

Furthermore, this disease, like all other communicable ailments, isn't obviously isolated to those of the "illegal" variety.
So 37% are here illegally then? That is a pretty high number if you ask me... and a real serious problem.

He just tells it like it is and tries to provoke some real thought.
I think he just tells it the way he sees it to provoke people in general. He's selling entertainment just as surely as any other media outlet.

With VayCay J's recent ratings don't be surprised to see him gone. Greater Media is just waiting for Howie Carrs contract with Entercom to run out and J would be gone.
So it looks like we can blame Whitey Bulger's sensitive hitman for Jay getting fired? [wink] [smile]

I think we should be peaceful with any people's who are peaceful with us. But anyone who vows to wipe us off the face of the earth should bre treated accordingly.

But that's a topic for another locked thread. [smile]

Those routes are more containable since we know who's coming in and it's documented, I highly doubt we have a team of people checking in every illegal at the border.

So you obviously didn't think that response through did you now...

If they will not engage us peacefully and fly our airliners full of innocent civilians into buildings killing even more civilians, we need to be dropping as many bombs on them as we can, as quickly as we can until they beg for mercy.

If they won't respect us, they can fear us.

Sorry for the threadjack, we return you now to the subject of Mexican criminaliens infecting our country.

My messages so far:

Dear Mr. Smyth,

Following is the text of a comment I sent to the “Main Office” at WTKK via their web site:

Jay Severin is often controversial but never boring.

He is the reason I started listening to WTKK and his departure will be the reason I stop.

I believe you have made a politically expedient decision because you are afraid of the backlash of public opinion.

While the 'condo' comment might have been inappropriate, calling a person that is here in defiance of the law a “criminal alien” is not only accurate but has been a consistent theme on the show for years.

I am deeply disappointed by the suspension of Severin and will likely stop listening if he does not return. I know that my feelings on this are mirrored by thousands of listeners.

I urge you to reconsider this suspension and if you must, impose some other correction that will allow Severin to remain on the air.
Please know that thousands of conservatively minded listeners will agree with this viewpoint and will perhaps go so far as to boycott those advertisers that remain with the station.

I urge you to seek out the reaction which is sweeping the chat and bulletin boards at this time and bring back Mr. Severin.

Thank you,

I hope you don't think I'm "left of center". Yikes, we got problems then!

By this estimate, yes. And it's certainly a serious problem that neither the Democrats or Republicans want to fix.

I appreciate the coward who negative rep'd me without signing off on it.

Seems like WTKK isn't the only entity that's opposed to free speech...
Although I am pretty sure of what you are saying there, I have a feeling that WTKK might have had to suspend him for legal purposes, i.e. when comments are under investigation. Just like Opie and Anthony were suspended from WAAF way back when they pulled their April Fools Day stunt saying Menino was killed in a car accident. they eventually got fired cuz the management there were a bunch of pus... kitty cats.
I hope Jay is vindicated and returned ASAP to the airwaves!
