It's not easy being a lefty in a MilSurp world...

I have been using my 7.65 collection as my carry piece since I sold away my monster S/W 19-3 .357 three years ago. The problem is that I am a lefty and it has been hard to find a decent and comfortable holster for a small frame 7.65 with an extra mag. I have been using a Bianchi clipped in the small of my back, but it's not easy to reach and does not really 'go' with a MilSurp. After a couple of years looking for an original or repro, I finally snagged a black leather LH post war holster. Great shape and unmarked, save for a previous owners name: "Laurids Rudebeck". $24 off eBay. Most of the holster is concealed inside the left front pocket. My current carry piece is my M35 Beretta; the finger extension is very comfortable. Shoots a little low from POA with Fiochhi 73gr FMJ, but has been totally reliable.

I have pocket carried my 1935 Beretta at times. It fits nicely in a Galco leather pocket holster which previously housed a Ruger LCP.
