I will self identify as one of "those" people. Lets get rolling.
I often feel like a women when im on the range. Time to let that feeling come to the surface.
 
The only way this crap is going to stop is if when they shut down a range the property ends up being hundreds of units of section eight housing.
There isn't shit the town can do to stop it from happening either.
It will serve as an example to these cutsie dickholes who think the can go all anti 2a and walk away clean.
Make sure the people in town know who's responsible for it happening too.
You could have left the gun range alone but no, so enjoy your huge spike in crime, your schools getting slammed with a huge influx of kids from non taxpaying residents and your house getting broken into three times a week.

This is smart and this is what the town will look for. The town will look for any reason to hang the club. Look hard into surrounding area and possible future projects the club may interfere with. Then look into those on the board and the ones casting complaints to see if they are connected with any developers.
I believe the club in hingham ma got nailed. The bullets from the club where a issue but when the town took a close look they found buildings and ranges built with out permits.

Also what happens to the club if it shuts down. One club I belong to the property goes to town if it shuts down. So look into all the reasons why they want it shut down.
 
You want to stop this stuff? Get involved in the local politics, get people on the ZBA. Yes, it's real work and you can't choose the issues you show up for, you have to be there all the time. But if you want to have an impact you have to be involved, for both the BS and the important issues. You have to be proactive, you can't just wait for stuff to happen. If the ZBA is appointed (not elected), get people on the Board of Selectmen, then appoint people that share your views. It's called politics.

Any time a club does this, it is critical that they document that this is a unilateral accommodation, and that the club retains the right to change these hours to any confirming with law at any time in the future. Fail to do that, and you will spend a lot of time arguing against the other side that claims a settlement and agreement was reached, and the club no longer has the right to operate outside those hours.

Yup. If this goes through and they get Falmouth shut down, All the other clubs will come into the crosshairs. These asshats constantly call in noise complaints on Nauset. If they realize there is a legal way to go after the club, they will use it. And the towns will all go along with it. Big money libtard retirees with million dollar houses on the water (and massive property tax bills) have much more sway than the working class locals who shoot at these places.

The exact sort of bigoted shitbirds that love paying people less than minimum wage to mow their lawns, do their laundry, clean their manors, and cook their food while virtue signaling otherwise. But if economic or urban 'refugees' move into their neighborhoods seeking a better life away from poverty and violence via Section 8, boy do they howl about it.

Any club shut down by ZBA nonsense needs the most obnoxious 40B project possible shoved in their faces.
 
Someone down there may want to point out an interesting fact to some of the board members.
The town I grew up in is about as rural as it gets.
A few years ago they built a ridiculously big apartment complex and the state got their pint of blood and forced them to put in 20 something 40B's as part of it.
Just in 2015 those 20 some odd units accounted for 97% of the town's police calls.
Break in's, stolen cars, a knife point robbery of a store the next town over, and on and on.
Imagine what life would be like in Falmouth if a couple of hundred units go in where the club they shut down used to be.
Dads old saying was if you f*ck with enough people , eventually someone will f*ck you back.
