No. Once you add the shrouded hammer it is not the same family, no matter what the finish is.I like that 351PD.
Now, if that were silver, and with the shrouded hammer, would that be a 651PD?
Do they make that same exact gun in silver/shrouded? Same sights, grip, caliber, everything else?
Yeah. No shrouded wheelguns in .22mag. You could pay through the nose and have a custom shop build one if you find the right place. Cha-ching, but you'd have what you want. Ruger's LCR is closest fit...Also, wrong caliber.
So, sounds like a no-go then.
Maybe get a black and bob the hammer yourself?
LCR-X is eXternal hammer, right? Can't you just bob that off a little?Yeah. No shrouded wheelguns in .22mag. You could pay through the nose and have a custom shop build one if you find the right place. Cha-ching, but you'd have what you want. Ruger's LCR is closest fit...
There are videos on bobbing hammers, but I'll give you some advice if you'll hear me out. Also, wrong caliber.

The LCR-X has a spur. (Which can be bobbed)LCR-X is eXternal hammer, right? Can't you just bob that off a little?
found this:
That is all well and good, but what you really need is a "10 Best Concealed Carry Snub-Nose Revolvers for Coyote33"While searching, found this: 10 Best Snub-Nose Revolvers for Concealed Carry [2022]
that's nubbin-lovin.
because you have said that you want a .22mag then the Ruger

You will find that hammer spur is a beautiful thing when single-action is needed

Follow the progression here. I'm with you, but you're just in a different order. Why the LCRX and not the straight LCR in .22 wmr? Both are 6-shot...
no need to bob it either...
Was thinking something more like just shortening the hammer a little, like this (pardon the MS Paint graphics):"Bobs" are, or are not.
not "a little off"...
It is in different order because I was referring to S&W and then Ruger... Take each post as independent of the others.Follow the progression here. I'm with you, but you're just in a different order.
Hammerless can't be fired "single-action". A hammer can. Even a "bobbed" hammer. Not one of the "nub" style ones, though.

Maybe I used the wrong term/phrase. I meant just make the hammer a little less obtrusive, so it doesn't stick out as much. Whatever that is called.
"Semi-Bobbed" ???Maybe I used the wrong term/phrase. I meant just make the hammer a little less obtrusive, so it doesn't stick out as much. Whatever that is called.
Oh, you were over there much earlier than I had thought... I was thinking 1970, or so...I went through jungle training in 1966 prior to shipping out to 'the Vietnam' .
Attaboy. Now you're on the right track...Yeah, I have no use for this stuff. Might as well just have it entirely shrouded and internalized at this point:
