I use weaver since I don't own plates. It's also just more natural to me than squaring up.Which do you use and how do you like it? I stumbled upon this vid today then googles both stances.

I learned on the Isosceles stance many years ago but then trained in the Weaver stance for IPSC. I find the Weaver more natural. For me. There are of course adherents for each and pros and cons for each.
Isosceles is really the only way to shoot fast and accurately. If you are shooting at a slow pace, then it doesn't matter.
3/4 angle to the camera. You'll never see anyone on TV shooting Isoscles as it hides the shooters face.Agree. You won't see any major competitors shooting Weaver anymore. In fact, the only place I see Weaver these days is NCIS. They absolutely love it.
Isosceles per Jerry Miculeck. That's good enough for me.
