I think gun owners are already outcasts from what society (media) thinks, this allows any gun hating liberal to file a restraining order on anyone. I am all for citizens arrests but These laws allow moon bats to police law abiding citizens...

Now one has to prove one is fit and able to exercise a civil right, if someone claims you might not be.

Hey - you might yell "Fire" in a crowded movie theater, so you are prohibited from walking within 100 feet of a movie theater until you prove you will not.
