Is this right

I just got in the mail the Lee saftey primer feed. And I installed it on my classic turret. After installing it I found that the auto disk powder measure with the charge bar hits the prime tray on the way around. anyone have this problem or is it because i have the charge bar and it sticks out just enough to hit it?

Just looked at the instructions and found I need the riser. sorry
