Okay - I'm reading the paper tonight and I see a story by AP that says the body of a Boston worker was found in a Guyana hotel. So, I start to read it. Here's the first paragraph...

Georgetown, Guyana (AP)
The bloodied body of a U.S. aid agency contractor working for a Boston consulting firm was found dead in his Guyana hotel room, and police said Sunday they suspect homicide.

Gee...do ya think that maybe it was the body being bloodied that gave them the clue it might be homicide? [roll]

Suicide by razor blade (slit wrists/throat) or gun would produce a bloody corpse w/o homicide.

Believe it or not Lynne, we've had a few suicides and attempts that were self inflicted, multiple stabbings.

Yes, she was found the day after they found the 16yo boy. Very sad situation.

At least the family got the bodies back to say goodbye. Good lesson in it tho - NEVER go boating without life vests. I was on my HS swin team and can swim like a fish - I STILL wear a vest, cuz ya never know when you could be knocked out by the boat hitting you, or being weighted down by layers of clothes and shoes, etc. Makes for a tough swim with the extra drag. I feel for the family.
