My buddy and I have 3 preference points. We are starting to look for a place to hunt. Some zones need 3 to draw and some need 4 points. So we are looking at 2020 or 2021 season. We are contemplating DIY, Leasing and outfitters. We would love to get in a situation sharing land with other hunters where we have a few groups hunting different years as we all draw tags. If we could get four groups of 2 to 3 guys all splitting a lease each group gets the land to themselves on the year they draw. We could all work together to optimize the land and the time. I know difficult to arrange but it might be the best option. Anyone know of any leasing options that split it up every 4th or 5th year?
