Yes, it also addresses two other points libs make all the time. First since the 2A has the word "militia" in it, it only allows the army to have guns. The clear record that it was drafted as a check on the power of the government makes that argument absurd. (Besides, which, since the main body provides for an army, there is no need to add an amendment so the army could be, you know, armed.)

The second thing he addresses well is the "musket" argument, that the 2A only allows citizens to have muskets, since those were the weapons in use at the time of ratification.
