So i did a quick search on the forums and nothing turned up. I was wondering what were the laws regarding inheriting firearms? The reason being, I have a friend who is undergoing the LTC process at the moment, his father (a gun owner) passed away years ago. How does he go about taking ownership of his father's guns?
