illegals register cars legally/WTF

just saw it on fox25 news (no link yet)

they did a story about how illegals are registering cars and driving them around mass.i guess the DMV just gives them a number starting with a X and proceeds to register their car..

they said there's around 160,000 cars registered to owners that was given a X number.

the news crew was with a police officer that took a chance an did a stop while they were along for the ride and sure enough the caddy he pulled over was a X-numbered car and the driver wasn't "said owner" but officer found a plate in the trunk that belonged to him.he turned out to be an illegal from cuba and he also was driving arond with a fake licence from Washington.

they also did a interview with a guy that was hit by one of these X-drivers and he had some bad injurys too.(Geez,you think that the X-driver had insurance?)

Crap K-Dub, gimme a 10 minute refresher course and I'll help ya. We can drive in shifts so it would be pretty much non-stop back to the friggin border.

And the REALLY sad part to that story is that the LEO CAN'T arrest them for being an illegal!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF is up with that??? There goes the freaking blood pressure again.....

All I know is, we just spent almost $1000 for my Overweight permit on the truck. This is in addition to the Fuel Tax (which I thought was included in the price of fuel), highway use tax, etc. Oh, & I need to get a new Mass Turnpike permit, (because just paying the tolls isn't enough, I also need a permit to drive on it). If I don't pay all these taxes, I can lose my license/livelyhood, but these people can get a special plate, no insurance, no real driver training, etc? AHHHH!!!!
