well...it looks like it shits little pellets, still visible in the colon. that should narrow it down. before i'd want to know what it was, i'd wanna know how it got there. nice neat pile, eliminates an animal kill i'd guess. do your neighbors like you?

The neighbors are fine and nobody was in my yard I have woods behind me. There are plenty of rabbits in the yard squirrels to but I'm working on Exterminating all of them (the squirrels). Also a couple of woodchucks. It was definitely an animal.

Looks like my yard after my 2nd wife tried cooking Indian Cuisine, to this day I keep telling her that the best thing she ever made was reservations.

I'm going with baby deer. Yesterday I found just the head and one leg in the lawn. We are packed with coyotes.

If you really have to find out what it is, I'd save and freeze a sample, then find a college or vet that can do a DNA test to determine what it is.....My opinion, someone's fu**ing with you.....

Looks like a rabbit to me, could have been eaten by a dog or yote and hacked up.

Doubt it was a hawk. The hawks that take my mom's chickens - first thing they do is take off the head of the chicken. Then they poke a nice neat hole in the chicken and eat the heart/liver/kidneys, etc and that's it. I've never seen them rip the gut pile out or anything.

Does it look more like this?...

    ∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞∞()()()

If so, the killer left some tracks.

    They look like this...

    0o0o0o (*) 0o0o0o (*) 0o0o0o (*) 0o0o0o (*)

Obviously a Fisher Cat with bad GAS.
