Anyone have experience programing an ICOM IC-V86? Or know of a good video on how to do it? I can't seem to get it. Please keep in mind I am a new Ham Radio guy, and it might seem easy to you, but not to me. Thanks!

I don't have any experience with that model, but recommend using a RTSystems software and downloading from the Repeaterbook for your area. Here are 2 links that might be helpful.
