One thing that he didn't talk about was the stress of living in that house and trying to sleep in a bunkroom with a bunch of snoring guys. I'm sure I wouldn't be at my peak the next day, but maybe that is just me.

you would have to practice your shooting while clipping the Uvula of those snoring guys haha

Also, having nothing else to do, but not being able to practice shooting. All you have to do in 3 days is have an hour or two of practice time and shoot one competitive stage. That leaves 65+ hours to screw up your mental game.
